National Family Planning Programme - Stop at Two

As Singapore started experiencing a massive baby boom, there was worry that it would get out of hand. As a result, the National Family Planning Programme was launched in 1966 to reduce the total fertility rate. The famous tag line "Stop at two" was coined and used for many years thereafter.
